From the internationally-renowned Monkeybiz project in Cape Town, these animals are made by women dealing with the effects of HIV/AIDS.  No two are the same, as each reflects the creative spirit of the artist who created it.  Each animal begins as a wire frame, then is packed with recycled filler materials before the outer beading is added.  (Not intended for children - decorative only.)
